Account and registration

How do I open an account?

Choose Sign up, enter your email and a password, then your name, date of birth, address and province. Accept the required consents and solve the short verification. You must be of legal age to play in your province.

What is the minimum age?

In Québec the minimum age is 18, and you must be located in the province. Age is verified at registration and may be checked again at any time.

Can I open a second account?

No. One account per person, in your real name. Multiple accounts breach the Terms and can lead to suspension.

I lost my password.

Use “Forgot password?” on the login page: we send a single-use link valid for one hour. For your security we may ask you to confirm your identity.

How do I close my account?

Contact support; any verified balance is returned after the usual checks. For a temporary stop, self-exclusion from your account is quicker.

Playing

How do I play a draw lottery?

Open a pavilion, tick your numbers or use quick selection, choose the number of lines and confirm. The cost is the line price times the number of lines; the ticket is saved in your account and compared with the draw.

What is quick selection?

It generates a random line for you. Quick lines and lines you choose yourself can be combined on the same ticket.

When are the draws?

Each pavilion shows its draw days and time, and the programme on the home page lists the next seven days. Results come from certified systems and are posted right after the draw.

How do instants work?

Buy a ticket and nine cells are revealed on screen; a winning ticket credits its prize to your balance at once. Each instant shows its price and chance of winning.

What are my chances?

Every game page lists its prize tiers and odds. Odds describe the long run and guarantee nothing on a single ticket; past results never change the next draw.

Payments and prizes

How do I add funds?

With an approved payment method in your own name; the logos in the footer show which ones. Credit is never extended for play.

How are prizes paid?

After results are validated, prizes are credited to your account. Small prizes are automatic; larger ones may require an identity check, and some follow procedures set with the regulator.

How do I withdraw?

Request a withdrawal to a verified payment method in your name. Identity checks, limits and a security review may apply.

Why do you ask for documents?

Know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) rules require us to verify identity, age, address and source of funds. It keeps play compliant and your account protected.

Responsible gambling

How do I set limits?

In your account, set a daily spending limit and a daily time limit. They apply as soon as you save; the spending limit is checked at every purchase.

How do I take a break or self-exclude?

From your account, for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 months. During self-exclusion play is blocked and promotions stop. An active period can be extended, not shortened. Provincial programs are also available.

Where can I find help?

Free, confidential help is available 24/7 from the provincial helpline shown at the bottom of every page; it also supports family and friends.

How are minors protected?

Registration requires legal age and age is verified. On a shared device, use a password and parental controls, and never let a minor play on your account.

Security and technical

Is my information protected?

Data is encrypted in transit and protected by access controls and monitoring; personal information is handled under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and Québec’s Law 25. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
